The works were carried out on behalf of the Letchworth heriatge foundation in-conjunction with Rapleys LLP.

The works consisted of a full strip out of the first floor dentist and ground floor Chinese takeaway. Internal remodeling to provide office space, rest room, interview rooms, reception, waiting area and disabled WC. A complete refurbishment was carried out to the external area which included a roof overhaul, decorations and the renewal of double glazed timber windows.
